Calypso Resort & Towers garners top honors as recipient of the 2011 Expedia® Insiders' Select award, an
annual designation presented to the world’s best hotel and resort properties on Expedia.com.
Positive guest experience, excellent value and input from Expedia’s team of hotel experts helped Calypso clinch its coveted spot on this year’s ranking by the world's largest online travel agency. Out of 130,000 hotels and resorts listed on Expedia.com, only 500 hotels are deemed Insiders' Select 2011.
Eligible hotels for 2011 were ranked with a numerical score in each of three categories, independent of advertisers and partners. A major factor in this year’s awards, verified guest reviews for Calypso Resort & Towers reflected high levels of satisfaction in the areas of service, cleanliness, room comfort and Calypso’s ideal location on the white sand of Panama City Beach. Recent five-star ratings spotlight comments such as, “Can’t wait to go back,” and “Best in Panama City Beach.”
