Sterling Breeze is currently in the process of repairing condominium railings throughout the complex. The repairs will happen to sections of the building at a time. This will allow some condominiums to remain open and available while others are undergoing repairs. Construction will take place on week days between the hours of 8:00AM and 3:30PM. The project started on April 23rd and is anticipated to be complete in early June. The entire pool deck, pool and hot tub will be closed until 3:30 PM during the week. Sterling Resorts will continue to offer condominiums that are 'open and available' for rent. Due to the expected noise level of the construction and possible closure of some amenities during a vacation stay, special discounted rates will be made available. Sterling Resorts is working closely with the Condominium Association during this project in an effort to provide the most accurate information and updates.
