• All rentals subject to an 11% sales tax.
• Minimum rental period is three days, unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is due in the form of checks, traveler’s checks, bank money orders, or cash. No credit cards are accepted.
• In order to hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% of your total rental fee (excluding taxes and security deposit). This deposit must be made within 10 days upon receipt of confirmation.
• In addition to your rent balance and tax, at check0in time a security/damage deposit in the amount of $400.00 per unit is required. Your security deposit will be fully refunded by check within two weeks of your departure.
• Your security/damage deposit will not be refunded if the following provisions were not met:
  1. There was no damage to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
  2. All debris, garbage, etc, was placed in outdoor trash cans.
  3. Dirty dishes were placed in the dishwasher and washed.
  4. Unit was left in a neat condition.
  5.  No items were missing from the unit/
  6. All keys were returned to the office, or left in the key drop box.
  7. No reservations had been made by or for minors.

• Rates include a one time linen and maid service at the time of departure. Daily maid service is not included.
• We suggest you bring your own beach towels, as it is not permitted for towels and sheets to be removed from the unit.
• Guests arriving at times other than normal office hours should make arrangements by telephone prior to arrival for key pick-up information.
• Absolutely NO refunds will be made unless the unit is rented by another party.
