Sterling Resorts Opens Door To Luxury Homes On Gulf Coast

Monday, June 1, 2009

Sterling Resorts, a proven leader in condominium rental management along the Florida Panhandle, now offers guests a new option for beach vacations: luxury homes. Nineteen homes are currently under Sterling management, and range from the three-level Destiny Lighthouse with three masters and two full kitchens to the Crystal Palace, a 4,500-square-foot, Gulf-front sprawler with room for 22.

The homes are part of Sterling Resorts’ Elite Residences program, and are located in private neighborhoods in the Destin and Grayton Beach areas. Each home – from the cottage to the compound - has its own appeal to fit the needs of vacationing families. Amenities range from Gulf views and heated pools to private balconies and outdoor kitchens. “By offering this caliber of property to our guests, we are expanding our mission to provide only the best in guest services,” said Tracy Kundey, president of Sterling Resorts. “And even with all the flair of the homes in our program, our rental homes can be a great value for family get-togethers.” Homes in the rental program are available nightly or weekly, and most are pet-friendly. Like all Sterling Resorts guests, luxury home vacationers experience the extras available in Sterlings’ condominiums, like onsite check-in, DVD rentals, and Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities.
