- Two master suites, one guest bedroom, bunk room, sleeper sofa and pack & play folding crib. This home easily accommodates 12 guests. Everyone will be comfortable. This home also accepts one small dog per reservation. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged upon manager approval.

- With Sterling 30A, every home features professionally laundered bedding done in an outside specialized facility including the comforters with the same quality standards as luxury hotels.

Three Bathrooms And One Half Bath

- When you return to your rental after a day at the beach, the entire family rushes to the bathroom to rinse off the sand and saltwater. This unit comes with three full bathrooms and a half bath to make getting ready much easier. All are equipped with a hairdryers and plenty of fluffy white towels. Please provide your own beach or pool towels.

– Memories are made around the dining room table. Spend time playing a game or reflecting on your day over a hot meal prepared in the full equipped kitchen. This table seats 8 and a breakfast bar seats 3.

  • Your deposit of 50% will be charged to your credit card to confirm your rental reservation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation containing important contact details for guest services and a link to access all of your vacation information from your smart phone.
  • As your arrival date approaches:

  • We will send reminders about the guest portal so you can make sure you have all your check-in details and rental extras covered before you arrive.

  • Just before check-in day, you will receive your access codes & other information specific to your rental home. When you arrive, you can go straight to the property and begin enjoying your vacation immediately without the hassle of typical check-in procedures.
  • At the beach:

  • Once you’re here, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, provide concierge support, or address any issues that may arise during your stay.

  • All Sterling 30A properties are privately owned by an individual. Availability of subject property may change due to unforeseen sale, contract change, or maintenance requirements.     I had the pleasure, along with 5 other ladies, of staying in the rental home of Brad and Denise Stuart. I don't remember having such a relaxing time. The other ladies arrived before me, but I came in on Wed morning and left Sunday morning. Only one time did I leave to go outside this beautiful neighborhood and home. My hope was to rest and that was just what I did. Easy walk to the amazing, clean, beautiful pool area daily, which included a spa pool and lap pool. Even a big screen TV was available in a patio area for those who wanted to keep up with 'the game'. One of the ladies and I rode bicycles every day which were included with the home. The weather was perfect, the house was filled with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen area. I could just go on and on but space does not allow me to share how wonderful and clean every facility was and I would definitely rent this home again and again. Thank you Brad and Denise for caring enough to make your home welcoming and peaceful. Jan Hicks

    This picture is of my oldest Son and his Family. My other Son and Daughter were coming down at different times so it was hard to get that one big group picture, we will work harder on that at our next visit. We had the best time and this beautiful home truly exceeded our expectations. We loved the open concept and that we were able to all be in one big area at one time. This home had everything that we needed other than what we had to provide. The pool was so beautiful and is perfect for smaller children. We had so much fun riding the bikes and laughing at each other as it had been many years since we had done that. I think we all fell in love with this entire area and quite honestly, we didn't want to leave. We are planning a trip back for an entire week but, the sad thing is this beautiful home is already booked for that week. We will definitely stay here again. We had no problems and our entire trip was so smooth. Thank you 360 Blue for all of your help in making our Family Vacation so perfect.

    We loved our stay at 13 Cinnamon Fern! The house was spacious and clean and we loved having the bikes there for us to use. We hope to stay again next year!
