    Your Sterling Stay

    Within 24 hours of booking:

  • Your deposit of 50% will be charged to your credit card to confirm your rental reservation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation containing important contact details for guest services and a link to access all of your vacation information from your smart phone.
  • As your arrival date approaches:

  • We will send reminders about the guest portal so you can make sure you have all your check-in details and rental extras covered before you arrive.

  • Just before check-in day, you will receive your access codes & other information specific to your rental home. When you arrive, you can go straight to the property and begin enjoying your vacation immediately without the hassle of typical check-in procedures.
  • At the beach:

  • Once you’re here, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, provide concierge support, or address any issues that may arise during your stay.

  • Now all you have to do is HAVE FUN!

  • Check in is 4:00PM & check out is 10:00AM. Early check in / late check out is possible with an added charge and subject to availability within 24 hours of arrival.

  • Penalty-Free 48 Hour Cancellation: Reserve your dates today to ensure you don’t miss out on your favorite vacation home and rest easy knowing you have 48 hours to change your mind, no questions asked. After the 48-hour grace period has ended, all payments are non-refundable. Be sure to purchase trip insurance, available on every Sterling Resorts booking and providing peace of mind that your vacation is covered.

  • All renters must be over 25 years of age. All vacationers under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Sterling 30A properties.

  • Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

  • Limited Damage Coverage: The non-refundable Limited Damage Waiver covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents when reported to management immediately. Please see rental policies for more information on coverage.

  • All Sterling 30A properties are privately owned by an individual. Availability of subject property may change due to unforeseen sale, contract change, or maintenance requirements. Sterling 30A will always work to find comparable alternative accommodations in the event a property becomes unavailable.

    Everything was exceptionally clean. The unit we stayed in, was larger than we expected, and used every inch of space, so cleverly. We just kept commenting on every little decorative touch, and how the decor was well beyond how most rentals would have spent time and money on. It was all very classy, not at all tacky, yet still beachy enough. Everything was top notch, from the pricy linens, draperies, tons of lovely pillows, Crate and Barrel Dishes and glassware, good coffee provided, quality furniture, top of the line appliances,plenty of snuggly blankets, soft towels, empty baskets in bathrooms to store our essentials from home, plenty of heavy quality hangers in the huge closets, to the brand of amazing smelling toiletries provided. There was clearly no skimping on anything! The location was terrific. We could look right into Trebeche, and see how crowded it was getting. It would have been an easy walk to the beach access for us. It was so handy to have a drugstore right beneath us, since we both had colds at the time of our visit. For the first rental experience ever, the wifi fired right up, and remained connected, no problem. We definitely came away from our stay with complete condo unit envy! We both said that we could realistically see ourselves actually living in the unit, not just spending vacation time. That's a big statement, coming from a couple that already owns a four bedroom home a mile from the beach.

    The Perfect Getaway

    We just get home from a wonderful 4 days at Redfish Village. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find the pool was heated, not that the weather wasn't great - it was - but just a tad chilly being March. The condo was perfect for for us and our granddaughter. It was spotless, furnished with everything we could have wanted, and was very convenient to the beach and pool area. And Blue Mountain Creamery was just across the street. The beach shuttle was nice, but we walked the short distance to Redfish's private beach. And having beach setups included with this condo was an extra nice touch. All in all, it couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back.

    We couldn't have asked for a better vacation! We have stayed at Redfish Village a couple of times, and this condo was by far our favorite. It's very beachy, clean and comfortable and it was the perfect place to relax after our long bike rides and beach walks each day. We had everything we needed and more and will definitely be staying in this condo again next year. Thank you for an amazing vacation!
