Experience a vacation like no other as you stay in your private beachfront Gulf Coast home! This luxury home is located in Seacrest Beach in Panama City Beach, Florida just a short 10-minute walk to the famous Alys Beach Shopping Center that offers seaside style clothing to delicious food selections. Let’s explore this luxury property that sleeps up to 26 guests and offers a private beach access! There is plenty of parking available, great gulf views, private beach access, and a large private swimming pool that can be heated for a small nominal charge. There are three separate units that combine together to make up this 8 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, Beach house.

The main three-story house overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. As you step into the beach home, you will notice that exquisite handpicked red cedar logs throughout the three stories. The first floor includes an entertainment area with leather couches and a flat screen TV, an update bar with stainless steel appliances with four additional wooden stools, and a spa is centrally located indoor that is a showstopper and an elevator! Can you imagine relaxing in the spa watching the sunset?

As we continue to the second floor, you will be amazed by the spacious main dining area with huge granite counter-top island, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and a separate walk-in pantry! You will find enough seating for the whole family in the dining room along with the additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a perfect spot to gather around for a movie night on the 80-inch flat screen TV along with the bundles of seating!

As we approach the third floor of this incredible home that keeps going on, you will again be completely stunned with each of the three guest rooms that include a king bed and private bathroom in each room. The master bedroom and bathroom suite is also located on the third floor that has a breathtaking view of the ocean through its large bay windows along with a private porch. The bathroom suite has a soaking tub, large stone shower, and a double vanity. If the house is not enough for you at this point, located on the first floor is a massive wraparound porch with unobstructed views of the gulf. Whether it’s the salty summer air or winter bliss, turn the outdoor fireplace on for a cozy evening under the stars and the ocean waves splashing onto the shore.

Across from the driveway, you will find a duplex with a private pool. Each unit has its own update kitchen with granite top counters, stainless steel appliances and modern lighting. As you walk in through the front door, the den features lush coastal furnishings such as a queen sleep sofa and a flat screen TV. As you continue to the two bedrooms, one features a king bed as the other has handmade wooden double-over-double bunk beds.

The A & B units are identical in their floor plan and each has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. So, whether you are planning a family reunion, wedding weekend with your bridal party, or want to escape to your own private paradise in this marvelous spacious ocean front home - this place has it ALL!

    Within 24 hours of booking:

  • Your deposit of 50% will be charged to your credit card to confirm your rental reservation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation containing important contact details for guest services and a link to access all of your vacation information from your smart phone.
  • As your arrival date approaches:

  • We will send reminders about the guest portal so you can make sure you have all your check-in details and rental extras covered before you arrive.

  • Just before check-in day, you will receive your access codes & other information specific to your rental home. When you arrive, you can go straight to the property and begin enjoying your vacation immediately without the hassle of typical check-in procedures.
  • At the beach:

  • Once you’re here, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, provide concierge support, or address any issues that may arise during your stay.

  • Now all you have to do is HAVE FUN!

  • Check in is 4:00PM & check out is 10:00AM. Early check in / late check out is possible with an added charge and subject to availability within 24 hours of arrival.

  • Penalty-Free 48 Hour Cancellation: Reserve your dates today to ensure you don’t miss out on your favorite vacation home and rest easy knowing you have 48 hours to change your mind, no questions asked. After the 48-hour grace period has ended, all payments are non-refundable.   • All renters must be over 25 years of age. All vacationers under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Sterling 30A properties.

  • Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

  • Limited Damage Coverage: The non-refundable Limited Damage Waiver covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents when reported to management immediately. Please see rental policies for more information on coverage.

  • All Sterling 30A properties are privately owned by an individual. Availability of subject property may change due to unforeseen sale, contract change, or maintenance requirements. Sterling 30A will always work to find comparable alternative accommodations in the event a property becomes unavailable.
